Our Commitment

Gambling Should Be Fun — Not a Problem

At kisapk, we believe the best gaming experience is one that players stay in control of. Whether you are placing a bet on a Liga Super Malaysia fixture from Kuala Lumpur, spinning through a live baccarat session from Penang, or following EPL match odds from Johor Bahru — it should always feel like recreation, not an obligation.

The reality of online gambling is that, for some people, what begins as entertainment can quietly shift into something that causes genuine harm. Problem gambling does not discriminate — it can affect players across every income level, age group, and background. The signs are not always obvious at first, and many players who develop problematic habits do not realise it until the impact on their finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing becomes significant.

kisapk takes this responsibility seriously. We have built responsible gambling tools directly into the platform — not hidden in an obscure settings menu, but available and actively promoted. We enforce our age verification policy strictly, maintain a genuine self-exclusion programme, and refer players who may need support to appropriate resources. We do not make money from players who cannot afford to lose, and we do not want to.

This page explains every responsible gambling tool and resource available to kisapk players, how to access them, and where to find additional help if you need it. We encourage every player — not just those who feel they have a problem — to read through this page and make use of the tools available.

Strict 21+ Age Policy

kisapk is accessible to adults aged 21 years and above only. This is not a guideline — it is a hard limit enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. If you are under 21, please do not register. Underage accounts will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Our Responsible Gambling Tools

Six built-in tools that give you real control over how you play on kisapk — available to every registered player, free of charge, at any time.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) — for example, RM200 per week or RM500 per month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before they become active.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration — for example, 60 minutes or 2 hours — after which you will be automatically logged out. A pop-up reminder appears10 minutes before your session ends so you always know how long you have been playing. This is one of the simplest and most effective tools for keeping play in check.

Reality Check Reminders

Schedule regular on-screen pop-ups at intervals you choose — every 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Each reminder shows you how long you have been playing, how much you have deposited in that session, and your net position. It is easy to lose track of time during a live match or a slot session; reality checks bring you back to earth.

Loss Limits

Set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a daily, weekly, or monthly period. When your loss limit is reached, your account is automatically restricted from further Real Money Play until the period resets. Like deposit limits, reductions are immediate — increases require a waiting period.

Cool-Off Period

Need a short break without fully closing your account? A cool-off period lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During this time, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Once activated, a cool-off cannot be cancelled before it expires. This is a useful circuit-breaker for players who feel they are playing too frequently.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal, binding closure of your kisapk account for a minimum of 6 months, with options extending to 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances. We encourage any player who feels their gambling is out of control to activate self-exclusion immediately by contacting our support team.

How to activate any of these tools: Log in to your kisapk account and visit Account Settings > Responsible Gambling, or contact our 24/7 live support team directly. All tools are free to use and take effect without delay (except limit increases, which require a 7-day review period). You can also request self-exclusion by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.

Warning Signs

Is Your Gambling Becoming a Problem?

Problem gambling is not always obvious. Many players who develop unhealthy habits continue to believe they have things under control — right up to the point where the consequences become unavoidable. Knowing the warning signs early gives you the best chance to course-correct before gambling begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing.

If you recognise one or more of the signs on this page in your own behaviour, please take it seriously. Acknowledging the issue is the most important first step.

If in doubt, reach out. You do not need to be certain you have a gambling problem to contact a support organisation or use our self-exclusion tool. These resources exist precisely for moments of uncertainty.

Gambling with money meant for rent, bills, groceries, or other essential expenses — even just once.

Chasing losses — betting more after a losing session in an attempt to recover what was lost.

Hiding your gambling activity from family, friends, or your partner.

Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not gambling or when you try to cut down.

Spending significantly more time gambling than you originally planned, session after session.

Borrowing money, taking loans, or selling possessions to fund gambling activity.

Neglecting work, studies, family commitments, or social relationships because of time spent gambling.

Believing you are "due" a win, or that a strategy or system guarantees profit over time.

Quick Self-Assessment

Ask yourself the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to any of them, it may be time to use one of our responsible gambling tools or seek outside support.

1

Have you ever gambled with money that you could not afford to lose — funds set aside for rent, bills, food, or other necessities?

2

Have you ever tried to win back money you lost by placing more bets — even when you had already decided to stop?

3

Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently when you are not playing — planning your next session or replaying past bets?

4

Have you lied to friends, family members, or your partner about how much time or money you spend on gambling?

5

Has gambling caused significant arguments, tension, or stress in your personal relationships or at work?

6

Do you feel that you need to gamble with increasing amounts of money to get the same feeling of excitement?

7

Have you ever tried to cut down or stop gambling, but found it difficult or impossible to do so on your own?

8

Do you use gambling as a way to escape from stress, anxiety, boredom, depression, or difficult life circumstances?

If you answered yes to one or more questions above, please consider activating a deposit limit, cool-off period, or self-exclusion — or reaching out to a support organisation. You do not have to be at crisis point to ask for help. Early action is always better.

Safe Play Tips

Ten Tips for Playing Responsibly

These are practical habits that help keep gambling enjoyable and contained. They are not about stopping people from playing — they are about making sure that when you play, it stays on your own terms.

01
Set a budget before you deposit — and stick to it

Decide in advance how much you are willing to spend on kisapk this week or this month. Use our deposit limit feature to lock that figure in so temptation cannot override the decision you made with a clear head.

02
Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose

Your gaming budget should come from genuinely disposable income — after rent, utilities, food, loan repayments, and savings are accounted for. If you have to think twice about whether you can afford to deposit, you probably cannot.

03
Treat it as entertainment, not income

The house edge means that over time, the expected outcome of gambling is a financial loss. If you are playing kisapk with the expectation of making a profit, your relationship with gambling is already in unhealthy territory.

04
Never chase losses

Losing sessions are a normal part of gambling. Trying to win back losses by betting more is one of the most common and damaging patterns in problem gambling. When you have reached your loss limit for the session, stop.

05
Set a time limit for every session

Use our session time limit feature to cap how long you play in one sitting. Taking regular breaks — even 15 minutes away from the screen — helps you maintain perspective and avoid getting caught up in the momentum of a session.

06
Avoid gambling when you are upset, stressed, or tired

Emotional states impair decision-making. Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or sadness is a warning sign, not a solution. If you are not in a neutral headspace, step away from the platform.

07
Keep gambling a private pleasure, not a shared pressure

Avoid gambling in social contexts that create pressure to bet beyond your means, or where you feel embarrassed to stop. Your limits are yours — no one else's opinion should override them.

08
Do not gamble under the influence of alcohol

Alcohol impairs judgement and lowers inhibitions. Playing on kisapk while drunk increases the likelihood of decisions you would not make sober — larger bets, longer sessions, or ignoring the limits you set.

09
Use our responsible gambling tools proactively

Do not wait until gambling becomes a problem to set deposit limits or a cool-off period. Setting boundaries before you feel need them is a sign of maturity — not weakness. Our tools are available to every kisapk player from day one.

10
If in doubt, take a break — or take action

If you are ever unsure whether your gambling is becoming a problem, that uncertainty itself is worth taking seriously. Activate a cool-off period, speak to someone you trust, or contact a support organisation. It is always better to act early than to wait for the situation to escalate.
